Artina operates as a global underwater service contractor, adhering to IMCA standards for Surface Supplied Diving, Saturation Diving, ROV Operations, and Surveys.
Artina owns and operates Saturation Diving systems, which allow divers to perform subsea surveys, construction work, inspections, maintenance, and repairs at depths of up to 300 metres. Deepwave SA’s SAT systems are modular and portable, easily transported by land, sea, or air.
Saturation Diving enables divers to work and live in a hyperbaric environment, minimising the need for frequent decompression and allowing decompression at the end of their work rotation.
This technique is effective at depths ranging from 16 to 350 metres sea water (msw), with divers able to work for up to 8 hours within a 24-hour period, maximising project efficiency.
